Sonography Technologist Per Diem

Performs ultrasound imaging across multiple modalities in a hospital/clinic setting, including Breast, Abdomen, OB/GYN, Renal, Endo-vaginal, Aorta, Testicular, Thyroid, non-vascular limited, and pediatric imaging. Prepares patients for US exams, explains procedures, correlates clinical history with the exam, and ensures accurate patient identification and proper labeling of images. Maintains imaging quality, adheres to universal precautions and aseptic technique, troubleshoots equipment, and communicates effectively with patients, families, peers, and management. Demonstrates ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work cooperatively with the team while following department guidelines and contributing to patient-centered care.
