Job Summary
Perform detailed examinations of the anatomy/pathology, make necessary measurements and calculations, and document results utilizing our electronic medical records. Establish personal rapport with patients and provide explanations of procedures. This role requires completion of formal Ultrasound training in an AMA approved school, meeting ARDMS registry requirements, and holding an RDMS/RVT credential. Prior experience with fertility patients is strongly preferred, along with a minimum of two years as an ultrasound technologist in women's health. The position involves operating all equipment utilized within the scope of the job and following MD protocols for procedures. Schedule is every other Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of formal Ultrasound training in an AMA approved school
- Meeting the requirements for registry by ARDMS
- RDMS/RVT
- Understanding and ability to follow MD protocols for procedures
- Ability to effectively operate all pieces of equipment utilized within the scope of this job
- Minimum of two years of experience as an ultrasound technologist in women's health
- Schedule: Every other Saturday and Sunday, 6:30 AM to 12:30 PM
