Job Summary
Utilize advanced sonographic equipment to record detailed images of blood, organs, tissues, and bodily masses, including unborn fetuses, and directly interact with patients to explain procedures and answer questions. Meticulously operate equipment, adjust settings and patient positions, and monitor patient safety while selecting images for pathologies and presenting preliminary findings to physicians. Perform ultrasound exams according to departmental protocols, prepare and maintain operational equipment, solve imaging quality issues, and ensure daily room maintenance and infection control standards. Complete all quality checks, maintain equipment logs, and manage clinical supply inventories for each diagnostic room.
