Sonographer (PRN Weekends)

Job Summary
Perform detailed ultrasound examinations focused on fertility/women’s health, document results in the EMR, and provide explanations to patients. Role requires ARDMS/RVT certification (RDMS preferred), completion of AMA-approved ultrasound training, and at least two years of ultrasound experience in women’s health. Weekend-only schedule at Shady Grove Fertility in Maryland with on-site (in-person) work. Collaborate with physicians and teams across the national network, maintain adherence to MD protocols, and deliver compassionate patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of formal Ultrasound training in an AMA approved school
- ARDMS certification (RDMS/RVT)
- Ability to follow MD protocols for procedures
- Ability to operate all ultrasound equipment used in the scope of this job
- Prior experience with fertility patients strongly preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience as an ultrasound technologist in women’s health
