Job Summary
Perform detailed examinations of the anatomy/pathology and make necessary measurements and calculations. Document results utilizing our electronic medical records and establish personal rapport with patients. Provide explanations of procedures while operating all equipment utilized within the scope of this job. This role requires RDMS/RVT certification and two years of experience as an ultrasound technologist in women's health. Schedule includes per diem shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, with occasional weekday availability.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of formal Ultrasound training in an AMA approved school
- Meeting the requirements for registry by ARDMS
- RDMS/RVT
- Understanding and ability to follow MD protocols for procedures
- Ability to effectively operate all pieces of equipment utilized within the scope of this job
- Minimum of two years of experience as an ultrasound technologist in women's health
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with fertility patients
