Job Summary
Produce high-quality sonograms and ensure patient safety and comfort. Analyze sonograms, synthesize sonographic information and medical history, and communicate findings to the physician. Demonstrate full knowledge of ultrasound equipment and PACS software for managing diagnostic images and patient information. CAAHEP-accredited diagnostics program completion required; RDMS and RVT credentials preferred; CPR certification required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAAHEP accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program required
- Associate‘s degree preferred
- RDMS-Sonographer preferred
- American Heart Association CPR Healthcare Provider Certification required
- RVT-Registered Vascular Tech preferred
