Sonographer - Maternal Fetal Medicine

Perform advanced obstetric ultrasound examinations, including first, second, and third trimester detailed fetal anatomy scans, and conduct specialized MFM studies such as nuchal translucency measurements, fetal echocardiography, biophysical profiles, cervical length assessments, and Doppler evaluations. Assist physicians with ultrasound-guided procedures like amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling, and fetal blood sampling. Accurately capture, analyze, and document sonographic findings in accordance with MFM protocols while recognizing and promptly reporting abnormal findings to the interpreting physician. Maintain detailed electronic medical records, ensure patient safety and confidentiality, and educate patients regarding exam procedures. Stay current with evolving best practices and emerging technologies in Maternal Fetal Medicine imaging. This onsite role supports high-risk pregnancies through collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams, offering a full-time schedule with comprehensive benefits and tuition reimbursement.
