Sonographer Lead

Leads the daily operations of the ultrasound department, ensures quality imaging and patient care, supervises staff through orientation, training, and coaching, oversees quality control testing and equipment maintenance, coordinates with PACS for timely submission of high-quality images and documentation, ensures regulatory compliance and clean/organized department spaces, and provides input to staff performance evaluations while maintaining patient safety and department workflow.
