Sonographer- Echo/Vas

Perform and process ultrasounds using portable sonographic equipment to obtain diagnostically competent images for radiologist interpretation. Verify orders against patient charts, ensure correct patient identification with two identifiers, and adapt to self-dispatch or dispatcher-directed case load. Maintain equipment, wear company attire, and adhere to professional ethics and infection-control standards. Communicate effectively with dispatch, call center, peers, and clients; review orders upon facility arrival; manage daily paperwork and billing documentation; and participate in required meetings and ongoing training.
