Job Summary
Lead Registered/Certified Cardiac Sonographer responsible for overseeing the Echocardiography department operations, quality assurance, staffing, scheduling, and ICAEL reaccreditation. Responsible for supervising daily Echocardiography program activities, optimizing workflows, collaborating with staff and physicians to improve Echo processes, monitoring workload, developing staffing recommendations, assisting with hiring/onboarding, and ensuring regulatory compliance, patient privacy, and safety. Requires RDMS and ARDMS certification, BLS, and 5+ years of experience; role includes travel and a sign-on bonus.

- Computer knowledge is a must
