Job Summary
Hiring Manager at Sonic responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding team members while ensuring compliance with operational procedures and audit readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Prior hiring, HR, or management experience (restaurant or QSR experience is a plus)
- Working knowledge of Sonic brand standards, including audits and operational benchmarks
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to coach team members on quality and compliance
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to train others and hold team members accountable to Sonic expectations
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Sonic’s Annual Audit scorecards and grading criteria
- Experience preparing for OPS Assessments and supporting day-to-day operational readiness
- Knowledge of food safety protocols (ServSafe certification a plus)
