Sonar Tactical Decision Aid Subject Matter Expert

Lead SME for Integrated Undersea Surveillance System and secondary SME for other TDA systems (e.g., STK, STK-N); apply ASW, acoustic, and oceanographic knowledge to system design, testing, and evaluation of sonar tactical decision aids; collaborate with developers and fleet users to ensure tactical realism and operational relevance; prepare and deliver detailed briefings, analyses, and training materials; travel up to 25% to fleet sites or test facilities for demonstrations, training, and system testing; requires extensive ASW experience or a BS with equivalent experience and the ability to obtain interim security clearance.
