Zuma is seeking a Sommelier for their new location in Vail. The ideal candidate should have experience in fine dining, a passion for wine and Japanese cuisine, and the ability to work flexible hours. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Sommelier in a fine dining restaurant or similar upscale establishment
- A genuine love for culinary experiences & a passion for Japanese cuisine
- A natural team player who is skilled at creating memorable dining experiences
- Naturally friendly and customer-oriented
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Sommelier or higher certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of wine regions, grape varietals, production methods, and wine service techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
