Sommelier - Mother Wolf Miami

The Sommelier will drive wine sales on the floor while delivering guest-focused service in a high-end restaurant setting. Responsibilities include actively selling wine, greeting guests, upselling based on personal tastes and food pairings, accurate POS entry, managing wine-related table tasks, ensuring proper serving temperature and glassware, decanting when needed, tasting and quality checks prior to presentation, maintaining pour levels, providing wine service and beverage support, assisting with weekly wine ordering and bi-weekly inventory, and performing other duties as assigned. Required qualifications include at least two years of experience in a premium dining environment, a current food handler card, and Level 2 Sommelier Certification or higher. Strong listening, communication, multitasking, and team-player abilities, along with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, are essential.
