Sommelier (m/w/d)

Manage the wine list and its continuous development, providing professional guest consultation on wine and beverage selection. Recommend appropriate wine pairings for menus, oversee purchasing, storage, and care of the wine inventory, and conduct wine presentations and tastings. Train and support the service team on wine knowledge while collaborating closely with the chef and restaurant manager. Requires a completed gastronomy/hospitality training, preferably with sommelier certification, and several years of experience in fine dining. Fluency in German and English is essential.
