Job Summary
Act as the ultimate ambassador of the restaurant’s cuisine and culture to our guests, collaborating with Beverage Manager and Executive Chef to create food and wine pairings, providing expert wine recommendations and service, mentoring staff on wine knowledge, and overseeing the wine program including wine list management and training materials to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of restaurant or equivalent experience
- Ability to read, speak and interpret English
- Food Handlers Safety Certificate Preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
