Conduct modern sommelier services in the Bulle d'Osier restaurant, interpreting and elevating local Haut-Marnais terroir products alongside Chef Laurent Petit. Partner with Anaïs Bercegeay to curate a promising wine list that enhances the gastronomic experience, ensuring each guest enjoys a privileged, engaged moment. Prioritize sensibility, engagement, and hospitality while fostering a team culture rooted in sharing and respect. Maintain constant evolution through knowledge acquisition and actively contribute ideas to the Maison's creation. Requires a background in starred establishments and fluent oral English.
