Sommelier - Durango

Sommelier responsible for excellence in wine presentation and service across outlets at Durango, including wine list management for multiple venues, training Beverage Team Members to ensure consistency and high guest-service standards, and assisting in planning wine dinners. Collaborates with the Corporate Director of Beverage to manage wine inventories and develop a strong wine image for the steakhouse concept. Must have solid wine knowledge and be able to apply it practically; Level 1 & 2 Court of Master Sommelier preferred. At least two years of restaurant service and/or management experience in a luxury environment preferred. Must be 21 and able to obtain all necessary work cards.
