Job Summary
Entry-level Budtender at JARS Cannabis in Somerton, AZ. Provide friendly assistance and product recommendations on cannabis items to patients and customers, create a welcoming atmosphere, and develop sales and customer service skills with on-the-job training. Maintain a clean and organized dispensary and complete tasks promptly as directed by management. Must have open availability to cover morning, mid, and evening shifts (including holidays) and be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week. Requires a High School Diploma/GED, the ability to stand for 8 hours, lift at least 50 lbs, and basic computer skills. Must be 21+ and able to pass a standard background check and fingerprint background check.
