Review completed tasks from Trainers, including original questions, images, and golden answers, to independently verify correctness. Identify and flag incorrect, incomplete, ambiguous, or inconsistent responses, then provide clear feedback to maintain data quality. Track recurring error patterns and report them to the project team, while escalating unclear cases such as illegible images for resolution. Ensure all Trainer output meets the project's quality bar before final sign-off. This long-term freelance role requires 10 hours per week and offers US$28.8/hr. Native Somali proficiency and a strong quality mindset are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Native/Strong proficiency at Somali
- Bachelor's degree required
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong quality mindset
- Good visual observation and reading comprehension skills
- Ability to apply guidelines/rubrics consistently and objectively
- Strong written English communication skills, especially for giving feedback
- Reliable access to a computer and internet connection
