Lead a team of solution engineers to transform reactive support into a proactive, high-value Forward Deployed Engineering unit focused on client architecture and partner success. Design and maintain internal AI-driven tools, automated deflection workflows, and self-serve documentation to eliminate repetitive queries while monitoring revenue performance and technical SLAs. Serve as the primary technical partner for high-value clients in Brazil, leading complex integrations, architectural reviews, and troubleshooting sessions fluently in Portuguese. Dive into JavaScript, APIs, and ad server configs to build custom solutions, resolve edge-case integrations, and prevent publisher downtime. Partner directly with the Director of Engineering and product teams to convert recurring partner pain points into long-term architectural enhancements.
