Job Summary
Solutions Strategy Architect for machine identity solutions in ANZ, leading technical pre-sales and engagement guidance. Responsibilities include technical discovery, solution validation through demos, developing tailored technical content and solution diagrams, advising on subsequent solutions engineering activities (full demos, POV/POC), articulating the value of CyberArk’s machine identity offerings at executive levels, and supporting evangelism through webinars, seminars, and customer interactions. Requires deep PKI/digital certificate knowledge, security best practices in enterprise environments, DevOps familiarity (e.g., Jenkins, Docker), and relevant security certifications; strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for bridging business and technical perspectives. Office-based in Sydney with full-time in-office arrangement, flexible where needed.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional ability to present complex technical information to technical and non-technical audiences including executives
- Strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across organizational levels
- Security knowledge including regulatory requirements and security best practices in enterprise environments
- PKI and digital certificates knowledge; cryptography experience
- DevOps knowledge and hands-on experience with tools like Jenkins and Docker
- Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, AWS/Azure/GCP architect-level certifications highly desirable
- Excellent note-taking and written communication skills for documenting solutions, plans, and recommendations
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing with customers and colleagues
- Customer feedback integration and continuous improvement mindset
