Solutions Strategist

Job Summary
Solutions Strategist drives discovery and delivery of Cogna’s precision software for critical industries; you’ll engage directly with clients to map challenges, define suitable solutions using the Cogna platform, and deliver training and post-deployment support while continuously improving implementations. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with Python and data manipulation, stakeholder management across diverse groups, and the ability to travel to meet clients. Hybrid work model with 2 days per fortnight in the London office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development, systems engineering, or in a deployment strategy role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations across diverse groups.
- Experience using Python and manipulating data.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously and deal with ambiguity.
