Job Summary
Solutions Specialist at ModSquad focusing on the intersection of technology, process, and human experience. You’ll dig into client workflows, identify pain points, design and ship solutions (including configuring CX platforms or building AI-powered workflows), and support end-to-end implementation from requirements gathering through go-live. Responsibilities include running working sessions, delivering hands-on training, driving real adoption across organizations, and creating clear, practical documentation (playbooks, workflow diagrams, implementation guides). You’ll think in systems to design scalable solutions, spot root causes of friction, stay curious about new platforms and AI tools, and translate insights for both skeptical executives and front-line teams. Candidates should bring curiosity beyond the job description, genuine empathy, fluency in tech-meets-process, client-facing experience, and hands-on comfort with APIs, integrations, and automation; experience with no-code/low-code tools is a plus, along with a strong foundation in SaaS administration and CX platforms. Required Qualifications
- Experience working directly with clients or customers in support, success, implementation, or related areas
- Ability to translate between executive stakeholders and front-line teams
- Conceptual comfort with APIs, integrations, and automation
- Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Zapier, Make) is a plus
- Strong foundation in SaaS administration and CX platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Zoom)
- Ability to manage multiple engagements, follow through, and flag issues early
- Empathy, curiosity, and good communication skills
- Comfort with documenting workflows, playbooks, and implementation guides
- Willingness to stay current with AI tools, platforms, and CX innovation
- Independent and collaborative work style with a sense of humor
