Job Summary
Answer customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email while resolving problems and converting prospects to sales. Manage IQAir PerfectPro installation projects and prospect HVAC contractors for new installation opportunities. Interact with external customers at the Clean Air Experience Center to assess needs, provide recommendations, and process payments. Log all activity in CRM immediately to track the sales pipeline and generate daily reports. Maintain FAQs and coordinate training preparation as assigned. Saturday and evening availability required on a rotating schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in written form
- 2+ years of progressive inside sales and sales support experience
- Flexible schedule including Saturday and evening availability
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to move 50+ lbs. with the assistance of approved material-handling equipment
- Ability use proper safety equipment
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background screening
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred
- Continuing education in sales training preferred
- Experience with lead generation and coordination
- HubSpot experience is a plus
