Job Summary
Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned market segments, partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams to address client needs. Review and prioritize new logo and cross-sell opportunities, validating deals with Account Managers and SDRs while leading discovery sessions to uncover requirements. Collaborate on product demonstrations, coordinate RFPs, and provide accurate product booking forecasts to inform quarterly planning. Maintain deep knowledge of the competitive landscape and communicate Procore's value proposition effectively. Participate in cross-functional strategy sessions to share field insights and drive product adoption.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years + experience in the construction industry working in roles such as Quantity Surveyor, Cost Consultant, PQS, Commercial Manager
- Experience of process improvement projects
- Usage of a range of cost management software packages
- Expertise in construction industry financial workflows or experience selling financial/fintech products
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to develop trusted relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Exception presentation skills with experience of delivering to formal audiences (eg boardroom or customer)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing a consistent pipeline and accurate forecasting
- BA/BSc degree or equivalent experience preferred
