Solutions Sales Support Specialist Americas

Provide Support (tradeshows, posters, seminars, customer meetings) for assigned customers in the region aligned with company priorities; support Key Accounts AMERICAS for new customer project acquisition, proof of concept, and technical selling; reporting within Sales and Product Management using Salesforce; market analysis and feedback to Headquarters; OEM training and support; coordination with product management and market segment teams at Swiss HQ; develop and document automated sample prep methods for LC-MS, GC-MS and possibly ICP-MS, spectroscopy and growth markets; create application notes for marketing; develop scripts to control PAL Systems; support Product Management with Product Performance Tests; produce technical documents for OEM partners. Required: Bachelor's of Science preferred (Chemistry/Engineering); strong experience in automated sample prep for LC-MS/GC-MS and related markets; proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management; strong organizational/technical skills and cross-functional teamwork.
