Job Summary
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions; assist in the implementation and integration of products with existing client workflows; engage with clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of solutions; transition from a product-focused role to a customer-facing role and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; work closely with internal teams to address technical challenges and ensure alignment; experience with modern transportation management systems (TMS) is desirable and strong technical, communication, and collaboration skills are required.
