Job Summary
Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle by leading technical discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and demonstrations focused on data strategy, analytics, reporting, and AI opportunities. Design scalable cloud-based data and analytics solutions, including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, and Databricks, while creating solution architectures and technical responses to RFPs/RFIs. Support customers in defining data modernization roadmaps and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project transitions. Build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders while staying current with the evolving Data, Analytics, and AI landscape. Fluent in Greek and English, this role requires a Senior Solutions Sales Engineer eligible to work in Greece.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Presales, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or customer-facing solution architecture roles
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience in IT, Data, Analytics, Cloud, or Business Intelligence environments
- Proven experience designing and presenting enterprise Data & Analytics solutions
- Strong knowledge of: Microsoft Fabric
- Strong knowledge of: Power BI
- Strong knowledge of: Azure Data Factory
- Strong knowledge of: Azure Synapse Analytics
- Strong knowledge of: Azure Databricks
- Strong knowledge of: Data Warehousing
- Strong knowledge of: Data Lakes
- Strong knowledge of: Data Governance
- Strong knowledge of: Business Intelligence and Reporting
- Experience conducting executive-level workshops and technical presentations
- Experience supporting enterprise sales opportunities and complex buying cycles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent Greek and English (written and spoken)
- Eligibility to work in Greece
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within a Microsoft Partner, System Integrator, Consultancy, or Technology Vendor environment
- Experience with AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered analytics capabilities
- Public sector or highly regulated industry experience is advantageous
