Job Summary
Lead proposal response efforts across federal, state, local, and commercial opportunities by partnering with business development, capture, delivery, and technical teams to develop compliant submissions. Define and articulate ServiceNow solution approaches for RFPs and RFIs, translating technical concepts into persuasive messaging and customer-centered content. Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather inputs, align messaging, and strengthen proposal quality while supporting operations including live RFP submissions and response reviews. Help mature reusable content, governance, and AI-enabled workflows to improve speed and effectiveness. Contribute to both long-range capture-driven pursuits and fast-turn, relationship-driven opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in proposal management, proposal coordination, capture support, solution consulting, or a related growth role
- Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams to build strong client-facing responses
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and the ability to understand, shape, and communicate solution approaches
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and contributors
- Comfort operating in a growing company where processes evolve and roles may span functions
- Ability to support both structured federal opportunities and more dynamic commercial pursuits
- Ability to perform essential job duties and responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Bachelors degree
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
- US Citizenship
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with federal proposal environments
- Experience supporting ServiceNow-related bids or solution development
- Familiarity with Shipley-based proposal practices
- Experience developing or improving proposal governance and content libraries
- Familiarity with AI tools that support proposal development, content generation, review, or qualification workflows
- Experience working in consulting, professional services, or technology services organizations
