Job Summary
Senior Analyst in the Global Service Bureau responsible for processing client cases, onboarding and maintenance of client’s Standing Settlement Instructions (SSIs) in ALERT, analyzing and mapping client data to ensure SSI compliance with industry standards and market best practices. Role requires attention to detail in capturing and transferring information, data analysis and validation against client data, determining turnaround times, managing fees for billable projects, and maintaining client satisfaction. The position involves working with automation technologies to support ALERT workflows, collaborating with internal teams (Integration, Product Management, Development, Relationship Managers), handling complex migrations, providing data uploads and reconciliations, and building automation models to improve efficiency while ensuring quality checks and adherence to best-practice guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Collaborates well within and across teams
- Communicates openly with team members and others
- Works with the team to review deliverables and ensure quality and accuracy
- Adheres to established rules and procedures when performing work
