Job Summary
Define and shape the business process architecture for UKG ProWFM configurations, including Time and Attendance, Scheduling, and Accruals. Act as primary authority on system designs, translating complex business needs into solution recommendations while documenting technical specifications and test scripts. Support feature releases and issue resolution by collaborating with business users, IT, and vendors to prioritize, plan, and implement system enhancements. Lead needs analysis to optimize existing processes, review integrations for new functionality, and ensure compliance with HR and WFM policies. Provide day-to-day thought leadership by mentoring testers and program managers, developing training materials, and maintaining awareness of industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 Years of UKG experience
- Must have deep knowledge of UKG ProWFM
- Knowledge of downstream integrations to gauge impact of changes, triage and remedy incidents and/or scope level of effort for new initiatives
- Expertise in agile software development methodologies and their adoption within teams
- Current permanent U.S. work authorization
