Job Summary
Lead end-to-end solution design from early concept through delivery, aligning client requirements with business capabilities while integrating technical and non-technical SMEs. Own solution responses for RFIs, ITTs, and tenders, collaborating with bid and sales teams to develop compelling, differentiating proposals. Facilitate solution workshops with architects, engineering leads, and business analysts to formulate integrated, scalable designs, then articulate these clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders in documents and presentations. Maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and aligning them with innovative technological solutions. Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve offerings and guide the technical strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Lived in the UK for 5 consecutive years or more
- Security Clearance
- Experience as a Solution Architect, Solution Lead or other relevant discipline within the IT services industry
- Curiosity around systems and system improvement
- Proficiency in both AWS and Azure cloud platform services and solutions
- Experience in developing winning solutions for bids and with bid processes
- Confidence and verbal dexterity required to lead solution workshops
- Ability to document and define proposed solution designs and create solution diagrams
- Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK
- Demonstrable ability to analyse complex issues and design effective solutions
- Collaborative with excellent interpersonal skills and capable of working with diverse teams and clients
