Job Summary
Provide technical consultation to sales teams to design and present wireless solutions that meet customer needs; participate in customer meetings to advise on wireless coverage and solution architecture; analyze wireless network coverage and assist with in-building coverage requests to optimize customer solutions; maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts; contribute to customer satisfaction and business growth through effective solution design and presentations; travel as needed and collaborate with enterprise, public sector, and small business accounts; strong communication, project management, and presentation skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field (Required)
- 3+ years of related work experience in telecommunications, IT administration or network engineering roles (Required)
- 4-7 years experience in telecommunications, IT administration or network engineering roles with a professional track record in solution sales (Preferred)
