Job Summary
Solutions Engineer at Veilant responsible for engaging customers technically, designing tailored solutions, and delivering compelling demonstrations that bridge customer needs with sales strategy. You will develop solution architectures, support proposals and RFPs, lead technical demos, and act as a trusted technical voice across business development, engineering, delivery, and product teams. The role requires translating complex technical concepts into mission-focused solutions, collaborating across CIO, product, engineering, and delivery teams, and maintaining a current, client-ready demo environment. Travel up to 50% to support client demos, conferences, and BD events, with local DMV-region in-office availability. Must effectively communicate value, adapt demonstrations in real time, and thrive in a matrixed, collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance, with Top Secret preferred
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to demo solutions to large audiences
- Translate technical capabilities into customer-focused solutions
- Travel up to 50% for client demos, conferences, BD events
- Local to DMV region & willing to be in-office as needed
