Solutions Engineer - UK Remote

Solutions Engineer position in the UK (London, remote-friendly) focused on technical customer enablement for a mobile/web developer audience. Represent Embrace as an expert communicator and technologist, delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include direct customer communication with product and engineering teams to drive a technical integration strategy, root-cause analysis, and clear reproduction steps for issues or new product specifications. Influence product direction through customer feedback, ensure efficient bug surfacing to Engineering, and enhance collaboration with Sales and Customer Success by developing tools and improving documentation. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Mobile/Web Development, Sales/Solutions/Engineering in a B2B software environment, familiarity with iOS/Android toolchains, Linux or Mac OS X command line, and comfort discussing code (Python, Java, Objective-C, Swift, Kotlin, or JavaScript). Strong communication, a proactive problem-solver mindset, and willingness to travel for customer-facing activities and internal team gatherings are required. Diploma in Computer Science, Mathematics or related discipline preferred. On target earnings (OTE) of $130,000-$160,000; compensation may vary by level/experience.
