Solutions Engineer

Conduct hands-on product demonstrations to help customers build real solutions in Labs from day one. Own technical onboarding and light-touch ongoing support, guiding prospects through adopting the platform and translating their needs into actionable use cases. Work closely with Sales Engineering and Account Management teams to identify opportunities within the existing customer base, while feeding direct customer insights back into Product to shape the Labs roadmap. This role offers genuine ownership over a brand-new product line within a Series A-backed company scaling fast.
