Job Summary

Solutions Engineer to own the technical sales narrative, partner with Account Executives to qualify, scope, solution, and close mid-market and enterprise opportunities, translate technical complexity into business value, lead technical discovery, design solution configurations, document integrations across POS, CMS, loyalty, AV, networking, and customer tech ecosystems, and own the technical sections of RFP responses, security questionnaires, and SOW inputs. Drive demos, build a library of environments and guides, conduct proofs-of-concept, and act as the technical authority throughout the sales process. Collaborate with Customer Success and Product, stay current on product roadmap, and contribute enablement materials. Successful candidates will ramp quickly with Rockbot certification, independently deliver multiple demos, and influence win rates in complex deals. Compensation ranges $110k–$130k base plus variable compensation and benefits.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, technical sales, AV systems, media technology, or related customer-facing technical roles
  • Comfort in a technical conversation with IT, operations, or infrastructure teams, and an ability to translate that into executive-friendly language
  • Experience working on-site with key stakeholders and AV experts for a successful experience
  • Hands-on experience with hardware/software integrations, networking fundamentals, and custom software integrations
  • Experience with in-venue technology (AV systems, digital signage, streaming media devices, or IoT) strongly preferred
  • Strong demo and presentation skills — you can read a room and adapt on the fly
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Google Suite, and technical documentation tools
  • Excellent written communication skills for RFPs, technical summaries, and internal documentation
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising, digital out-of-home (DOOH), or retail media networks is a plus
