Job Summary
A Solutions Engineer will integrate and scale stablecoin and blockchain infrastructure for customers, partners, and institutional clients. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, designing solutions, running workshops, collaborating with clients for successful implementation, diagnosing issues, and influencing product roadmaps. The role requires 3–7+ years of experience, strong knowledge of blockchain systems, and proficiency with APIs and coding in at least one language.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, distributed systems, and crypto payment flows
- Experience working with REST APIs, Webhooks, SDKs, and backend integration patterns
- Hands-on coding ability in at least one language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, Rust)
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and project management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with stablecoins, custody systems, digital wallets, or payment rails
- Familiarity with blockchain protocols such as Ethereum, Solana, or Layer-2 scaling networks
- Knowledge of compliance-relevant concepts such as KYC/AML workflows, transaction screening, or on-chain analytics
- Prior experience supporting enterprise or fintech integrations
