Job Summary

Lead project-based engineering work across broadcast and media systems, designing, maintaining, and improving technology platforms that support live production and development environments. Evaluate, test, and prototype new technologies to enhance scalability and operational resilience while installing, configuring, and managing servers, operating systems, networking devices, and vendor-specific broadcast software. Partner with stakeholders, vendors, Procurement, and Legal to clarify requirements and support RFP/RFI processes, providing technical troubleshooting for escalated incidents and critical broadcast situations. Monitor system capacity and performance to recommend improvements for reliability and uptime, developing standards, procedures, and security settings to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in a corporate or broadcast IT environment supporting servers, applications, and multi-tiered technical systems
  • Expertise in network administration, Windows server administration, and troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues
  • Knowledge of firewalls, system monitoring tools, SQL databases, virtualization platforms, and security administration
  • The ability to analyze technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and respond quickly during live broadcast situations
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft, or VMware
  • This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, PA location daily
