Solutions Engineer - Mexico

Job Summary
Conduct customer discovery to understand operational needs and design tailored fleet technology solutions for organizations operating safer, smarter, and more efficiently. Lead deployments from planning through go-live, including project management, fulfillment, installation, onboarding, and stabilization across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and future LATAM markets. Help establish and continuously improve deployment playbooks while developing expertise across the complete product portfolio, including AI dash cameras, GPS tracking, and asset monitoring solutions. Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Support, and Marketing teams to identify process improvements and implement scalable solutions that enhance future deployments. Fluently communicate in English and Spanish with Portuguese as a strong asset, managing expectations and communicating realistic project timelines for regional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and other LATAM regions
- Proven ability to build scalable systems and improve operational processes
- Strong practical experience using AI tools while applying independent judgment and validation
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability across cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deployments across different countries
- Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Confidence to manage expectations and communicate realistic project timelines
Desired Qualifications
- Portuguese proficiency is a strong asset
- Experience in one or more of the following: Solutions Engineering within the telematics or fleet management industry
- Sales Engineering for fleet camera or connected vehicle solutions
- Technical Deployment or Project Management for security or AV integration projects
- Implementation Engineering within a B2B SaaS and hardware environment supporting regional LATAM customers
