Job Summary
Lead technical discovery and deliver a high-impact pre-sales experience by articulating Fin's value and technical capabilities. Design and lead tailored Proofs of Concepts (POCs), serve as the primary resource for RFPs and customer security questions, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to incorporate customer feedback into product planning. Build trust with customers through empathetic, curiosity-driven engagement; drive value throughout the sales cycle and contribute to Fin's pre-sales playbooks. This role includes occasional travel and aligns with Fin's hybrid in-office policy (office at least three days per week in the Greater Chicago Area).
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in a technical pre-sales role
- Portuguese Fluency required, Spanish also preferred
- Strong technical discovery and value presentation experience
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into tailored Fin solutions
- Experience with POCs, RFPs, and addressing security questions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing and able to travel occasionally
