Solutions Engineer, LATAM Deployments

Job Summary
Conduct customer discovery to design tailored fleet technology solutions and lead deployments from planning through go-live, including project management, fulfillment, installation, onboarding, and stabilization. Establish and continuously improve deployment playbooks for Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and future LATAM markets while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Support, and Marketing teams. Ensure hardware fulfillment accuracy and customer value delivery with minimal rework, applying independent judgment to AI tools and scalable process improvements. Fluent in English and Spanish with regional travel across LATAM required.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and other LATAM regions
Desired Qualifications
- Portuguese proficiency is a strong asset
