Job Summary
Own the technical side of enterprise deals from pre-sales through deployment; run complex POCs and custom demos for enterprise buyers; translate ML capabilities (sentiment analysis, logo/facial recognition, OCR, narrative detection across text, image, audio, and video) into concrete business cases; present to C-suite and hands-on analysts in the same week and land both; feed client requirements directly into product roadmap conversations; partner with sales, CS, and engineering across the full deal cycle; proven technical wins in enterprise SaaS sales cycles; fluency in APIs, data pipelines, and system architecture; comfortable going deep with engineers and staying clear with executives; background in social analytics, brand monitoring, crisis comms, or risk intelligence is a real plus; self-directed and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment; compensation includes Base: $90k - $140k plus equity; Remote-first, unlimited PTO, 401k, FSA
