Job Summary
Solutions Engineer III at Mujin designs technical solutions for customer automation needs by analyzing requirements, reviewing RFPs/SOWs, creating layouts and technical documentation, and communicating proposals. Responsibilities include identifying customer requirements, performing technical scoping, presenting offerings, managing opportunities with stakeholders, providing layouts with AutoCAD, analyzing customer data and system flows, and producing proposal estimates (ROM, budgetary, and firm) while coordinating with Salesforce, Wrike, and ERP systems. The role requires proficient AutoCAD/SolidWorks skills, 4+ years of related experience, travel about 30-40%, and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related disciplines. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related disciplines
- Proficient in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks
- 4+ years in a related position with demonstrated time management, organizational, team collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of Warehouse, Parcel, Automotive, and 3PL systems
- Understanding of automation solutions such as conveying, ASRS, goods-to-person, sortation, palletizing, depalletizing, piece picking, automated vehicles, and industrial/collaborative robots
