Job Summary
As the technical anchor throughout the sales cycle, you’ll design best-fit solutions on Cloudflare’s platform for enterprise prospects and customers. You will onboard new customers via video, in-person sessions, or documentation, educate and empower users, and support their long-term growth. You’ll act as a trusted advisor on web and mobile security and performance, building or adapting internal tools and scripts, and collaborating across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to deliver scalable solutions and lasting impact. The role emphasizes a strong understanding of how the internet works (DNS, TCP/UDP, TLS/SSL, HTTP), firewall concepts, and developer-friendly tooling, with preferred Mandarin proficiency and experience in a sales/consulting or technical engineering context. Bonus familiarity with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Bash), edge compute platforms (Workers, KV, D1, R2), cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure), and cybersecurity/regulatory concepts (PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC-2).
