Job Summary
Deliver world-class service to internal and external customers by handling technical inquiries, photometric assistance, and quality claim resolution. Complete customer-requested Design Assist programs using AGI32, Sketchup, and AutoCAD, while managing Tier 1 modification requests including approvals, quoting, and bill of material creation. Build and update technical documents for new and existing products using Solidworks, Adobe InDesign, and Photometric Toolbox. Track projects, manage active casework, and stay organized across multiple email chains. This entry-level role requires a BS degree in architectural, mechanical, or lighting engineering, proficiency in 2D/3D modeling software, and strong problem-solving skills. Candidates must demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate within a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in architectural engineering, mechanical engineering, lighting, or similar field
- Working knowledge of 2D and 3D modeling software suites – AutoCAD, Revit, Solidworks, or the equivalent
- Must have the capacity to learn and navigate software programs and business systems quickly
- Must have strong problem solving skills and an analytical approach to all tasks
- Minimum travel requirements in support of market engagement activities or trainings

- No professional experience in lighting or adjacent construction industry
- Candidates with professional training, industry certifications, or advanced degrees
