Job Summary
Support Account Executives in technical discovery sessions to assess client systems and design data flow architectures that align with their tech stack. Conduct analysis to identify root causes of operational issues, collaborate on deal optimization, and provide detailed technical documentation to advance opportunities. Lead Sales-to-Implementation knowledge transfer, resolve technical challenges for the implementation team, and finalize engagements once systems are operational. Partner with Client Success Managers to identify retention risks, consult on evolving client needs, and present integration enhancements that optimize product utilization. Act as a technical liaison for complex escalations to foster client loyalty. This full-time remote role in the US offers a base salary of $65,000-$75,000 plus commissions, with benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- Experience in data architecture and system integrations
- Proven ability to analyze and diagnose complex technical and operational challenges
- Experience as a technical resource for sales and implementation teams
- Experience mentoring peers and leading cross-functional technical decision-making
- Strong understanding of cloud computing trends, integration frameworks, and open-source business models
- Hands-on experience leveraging cloud computing trends, integration frameworks, and open-source business models to drive business outcomes in real-world applications
- Experience leading technical discussions confidently across diverse stakeholders
- Creative problem solver with a history of developing reusable frameworks or innovative workarounds for complex system integrations
- Excellent presentation and demonstration abilities
- Experience engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
- Skilled in conducting discovery sessions
- Ability to synthesize client feedback, restate concerns for clarification, and articulate solutions that directly align with client workflows and business goals
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex technical engagements with minimal oversight
- This is a full-time remote position located in the US
- Employees hired within a designated radius of the office are expected to work on-site according to a schedule set by management based on the requirements of their role
