Solutions Engineer, Expansion Finland

Job Summary
Forward-deployed solutions engineer for Partly's European expansion (UK and Nordics) focused on turning complex automotive-parts data problems into signed pilots. Own the technical path from first conversation to a deployed pilot, scope integrations, map end-to-end parts workflows, and build demos/prototypes that demonstrate value. Run Technical Readiness Assessments to map customer systems and dependencies, develop value-proposition frameworks, calculators, and reporting to show business impact, and translate customer needs into clear product asks. Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering to keep deals moving, and work closely with customers to tailor solutions for enterprise deployments. Prior experience in a solutions engineering or forward-deployed/pre-sales role is preferred; knowledge of automotive/estimating data formats (CABAS, CCC, Audatex/Solera) or related ecosystems is a bonus. Also highlights relocation support, global/offsite programs, and a flexible, office-leaning remote work setup.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in solutions engineering or technical pre-sales preferred (enterprise focus)
- Strong SQL and data/code comfort
- Ability to build demos and prototypes
- Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Self-directed with ownership of end-to-end problems
