Job Summary
Solutions Engineer, Enterprise at Scale: manage pre-sales engagements by delivering tailored demos and pilots to secure the technical win; partner with AEs, Product, and MLEs to translate customer requirements into actionable scopes of work and post-sales implementation plans; develop domain expertise in Generative AI / LLM applications for enterprise use cases across financial services, insurance, SaaS, and related sectors; unblock technical challenges, interact with customers daily to design customer-centric solutions, and drive initiatives to improve SE team efficiency; collaborate with forward-deployed software and ML engineers to develop agents in early post-sales stages, and identify customer-specific feature requests; base compensation includes salary, equity, and benefits, with location-aware salary ranges and comprehensive health/dental/vision, retirement, learning stipend, PTO, and commuter benefits; role requires ability to present credibly to executives and frontline engineers, and to work across internal and external organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong engineering background
- Experience developing with Python, Java and/or other web development languages
- Experience working in enterprise SaaS, cloud tech, finance, fintech or similar industries in a technical capacity with end-customer engagement
- Presentation skills with technical credibility when speaking with executives and engineers
- High level of communication across internal and external organizations
- Intellectual curiosity, empathy, and ability to operate with high velocity
- Nice to have: GenAI Experience, Forward deployed engineering experience, Machine Learning Experience
